Return Policy

IMPORTANT:

  • A parcel opening video is a must if you have any doubts regarding your parcel. Please make a video while opening the parcel you received so that we can understand whether it was a genuine defect, allowing us to process a replacement or refund.

  • No complaints will be entertained for refunds, damages, or missing items if the parcel opening video is not shared.

  • You will have 3 days after an item is delivered to you to notify us if you want to return the item.

  • Customers need to return the items via traceable delivery (e.g., courier or registered post) at their own expense to our address.

  • Delivery charges will not be refunded.

  • Refund requests will be processed within 2 working days after receiving the returned products.

  • All returns should be sent to our address.

Return Policy is valid in 2 situations/circumstances:

  1. In case you are delivered the wrong product.

  2. In case the product delivered to you has some defect or issue.

How to return:

  1. WhatsApp or Email us to request a return.

  2. Our team will provide the address of our office where you need to return the product.

  3. Pack the items exactly as you received them.

  4. If validated and the quality check passes, you will be refunded for the item.
