For your protection and to ensure transparency, we require that you make a video of the unboxing process when you receive your package. This video will help us verify whether the product was defective or damaged during delivery.
No complaints will be entertained for refund, damage, or missing items if a parcel opening video is not shared.
How to Return an Item:

The parcel opening video, if applicable. - Return Shipping Instructions:

You must return the product to us via traceable delivery methods, such as courier services or registered post, at your own cost. Please keep a copy of the tracking details for your reference.
Delivery charges incurred during the return will not be refunded. - Pack the Product Properly:
